Bristol Hawks gymnast Rowena Needham will travel to Lilleshall National Sports Centre in Shropshire to attend the Great Britain HN Development Squad Training from 9th -11th December. Rowena was selected for the squad following her results in the National Age Group Championship Finals held in Guildford in November. Rowena was the top scorer in the Level 4 age group [9yrs] on the bars and placed 5th overall.
Rowena will train alongside the very best gymnasts aged 9-11yrs from across Great Britain. The squad will be led by recently appointed National coaches Carol-Angela Orchard & Nick Ruddock and will meet on a regular basis through out 2011.
