Women's National Age Group Finals 2015

Bristol Hawks gymnasts Becky James, Amelie Douglas, Roxanne Price [Reserve] were selected to compete for the South West Regional Teams at the GB National Finals. Individual gymnasts [no Regional Teams in Level 2] Emily Edge & Elize Waits, who were first & second respectively at the SW age group combined championships, were also competing for an GB ranking.
In Level 4 Amelie was the top girl in her age group for the South West Team placing 15th in the country on the day and giving her a ranking of 17th in her age group in Great Britain. Her coaches were delighted that her best apparatus was beam on which she has worked hard to be consistent, she placed 7th in GB. Becky’s scores counted for the team on every place and she achieved a 30th ranking in GB.
In Level 2 Emily was outstanding with clean performances on all apparatus giving her a great 9th ranking in Great Britain in her age group a massive rise since last year. She too performed a lovely beam on the day to place 8th on this apparatus. Elize had a few costly errors on the day but still managed to rank 18th in GB in her age group a fantastic achievement reflecting all her hard work this year.
