Gold for Team England at UK School Games

Bristol Hawks Gymnast Rowena Needham helped the England Team to a convincing victory at the UK School Games 2014.

The team also included Alice Kinsella [Park Wrekin]
Georgia Mae Fenton [Europa]
Amelia Montague [Tolworth] and
Taeja James [Birmingham].

This was Rowena’s first time competing as part of the England Team and she scored well for the team particularly on Vault & Bars. Coaches for the team, Rochelle Douglas [Europa] and Bristol Hawks Rory Weavers, were delighted with the result with England scoring 205.1 to win GOLD over a strong Welsh team in silver [196.35] and Scotland who took the bronze [189.1].
