Bristol Hawks swept the board winning all 3 Sections of the 2017
West Country League’s top division the ‘Premiership’.
The WCL is contested between club teams from across the South West region and also includes teams from Wales.
Points are awarded for placing in team competitions through out the year with the finals taking place over a weekend at the end of November.
There are 5 Divisions with the strongest clubs competing in the Premiership.
Within each Division there are 3 ability/age group sections.
Our Premiership ‘A’ team included Elissa, Tamsin, Charlotte, Erika, Chloe [who unfortunately had to miss the finals due to illness] & team captain Lily.
Our Premiership ‘B’ team included Lexi Isla Mia Shantae Olivia Poppy [who competed matches 1 & 2] & team captain Katy.
Our Premiership ‘C’ team included Roxy Mayalee Emily Amelie Becky [who didn’t compete in finals as she was at National Squad training] & team captain Caitlin.
