Our Parent & Toddler sessions provide the opportunity for
children aged 18 months – 5yrs to build confidence in a safe stimulating situation.
Your child will be encouraged to explore and develop the basic motor skills in a fun environment.
These classes we use the whole of our first floor gym, which has sprung, soft surfaces and numerous safety landing areas.
Your child can choose from a large variety of different apparatus situations ~
Bouncing on – Floor level trampoline; Mini tramp; Fast track.
Swinging on – Rings; Trapeze; Rope; Bars; Twizzler.
Climbing on – Benches; Balancing Beams; Bars; Ladders.
Jumping into – Foam Safety Pits
The sessions are hosted by our experienced coaches and are designed to build confidence and gradually progress towards our more formal, fully instructed, classes. These classes need to be booked in advance through our on line booking system.
Parent & Toddlers on Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday & Friday mornings last 45min.
These classes start with a short instructed phase using exercises designed to develop co ordination, concentration, strength and flexibility. It continues with the exercises to music before moving to the apparatus for the free play phase.
On Saturday mornings the class lasts 30mins and has no formal teaching phase, however experienced coaches are on hand to guide and advise you on the various activities.
